FT897 Wiki

Unoffical FT-897 Wiki, helping owners get the most out of their radio.

We develop and run Amateur Radio websites to nurture development in the Hobby.

HamTests was formed in 2005 with the aim of helping Radio Amateurs advance through the hobby that is Amateur Radio. This started with an exam training web site for the United Kingdom to support its three tier licensing system. In recognition of this, our site was awarded the Kenwood Trophy by the RSGB in 2008 and since then, we have gone on to support the United States' Amateur Radio Licence exams. This one web site has spurred on a further five, all designed with our core aim in mind: to help support today's Radio Amateur and those of the future.

We’re showing no sign of stopping either, using some of the best web technologies around and a dedicated team based all around the UK who are devoted to making sure that our fundamental objective is met. This will not stop, as we come up with new ideas and ways to help people keep advancing their knowledge of radio communications.

We hope the websites act as a useful resource for our hobby and we are always interested in new ideas which we may be able to help with.
